If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 10 days for a refund (not including postage). Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
You must notify us within 7 days from the date the goods were delivered, of any shortages, defects in the goods or any other complaint you have in respect of them. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization.
In the unlikely event that a product is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement once the original has been returned to us (subject to stock availability). If an item is returned and found not to be faulty, the customer is liable for all postage costs and no refund will be available. For returns all packaging must be in its original condition.
In the event of an order being incorrect, we will be happy to exchange the item for you without charge and refund any postage costs involved in sending the incorrect item back. In circumstances where we are not at fault for a return, no refund will be given.
